Merchandise Sales Associate Event Dates: September 16 September 21, 2025 About the Role Robert Half is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Merchandise Sales Associates to support a high-profile theatrical event in North Charleston, SC. This is a high-energy, customer-facing role where you'll engage with guests, assist with purchases, and create a memorable experience for attendees. Associates will work at merchandise booths, handling sales and highlighting special offers available to guests. Key Responsibilities Provide friendly, welcoming service to all guests. Share product knowledge and highlight current offers. Operate registers and process transactions accurately. Restock merchandise and maintain booth presentation. Lift boxes up to 40 lbs. and assist with setup/tear down as needed. Stand for extended periods during shifts. Strong communication skills and an outgoing, friendly personality. Quick learner, able to adapt to fast-paced, high-volume environment. Comfortable handling registers and cash transactions. Availability to work at least 34 shifts during the event, including 1 weekend matinee. Must attend mandatory orientation/training prior to the event. Dress Code: Black pants and black shoes (closed-toe). Event shirt will be provided and must be worn during shifts. Additional Information Parking is not provided. Number of shifts assigned will depend on performance and business needs.
