About the Position As a Merchandise Sales Associate, you will be the frontline ambassador for the Utah Warriors on gameday. Your role is to create an exciting and seamless shopping experience for fans, ensuring they leave with top-quality Warriors gear and a great memory of their stadium visit. This contract-based position is ideal for outgoing, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Primary Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional fan experience by engaging with customers and providing top-notch service at merchandise stands Process transactions efficiently using POS systems (credit card, mobile payments) Set up and break down retail locations before and after games and events Maintain a clean, well-organized sales area and restock merchandise as needed Upsell featured products and promotions to maximize revenue and enhance the fan experience Assist with inventory management, including counting, tracking, and reporting stock levels Work alongside the marketing and retail teams to execute gameday activations and exclusive merchandise drops Represent the Utah Warriors brand with enthusiasm and professionalism Job Requirements The ideal candidate for this role: Loves interacting with peoplefriendly, approachable, and confident in engaging with fans Thrives in fast-paced environments and can handle high-volume sales under pressure Is organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in transactions and inventory management Has prior retail or customer service experience (preferred, but not required) Can lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Is available to work 8 hours each Warriors gameday, including evenings and weekends, for Utah Warriors home games (dates: 03/01/2025; 03/08/2025; 03/29/2025; 04/26/2025; 04/30/2025; 05/12/2025; 05/30/2025; 06/07/2025) Is passionate about sportsbonus points if youre a rugby fan To Apply If youre ready to bring energy, excitement, and Warrior spirit to our fans, we want to hear from you!
