Position Summary
A Brief Overview - Territory is northeastern New York
Implements processes for sales, account management, and business retention operations for organizational product and services. Designs systems to execute Account Management strategy for complex accounts to meet profitable growth and cross-selling objectives. Assists in the management of member growth and retention objectives.
What you will do
Establishes and implements programs and innovative initiatives for the organization to advance Account Management initiatives. Forecasts changes within the Account Management industry, conducts business impact assessments, and develops modification strategies with the aid of process improvement methodologies. Ensures appropriate margins and customer/membership retention targets are achieved through the renewal process. Coaches clients on addressing regulatory issues and health care trends with potential impact on client benefit program strategy. Determines market capitalization opportunities to drive competitive advantage. Constructs complex financial decision recommendations. Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.

Required Qualifications
Must be able to travel within the territory assigned (Northeastern New York)
Outstanding relationship building and account management skills.
Experience with Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans.
Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute complex projects and events.
Knowledge of CMS Marketing and Sales compliance guidelines.
Knowledge of local geography and key centers of influence. Availability to travel as necessary.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Full time Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
