As such, we are hiring for a position to help coordinate between profit centers to provide a seamless and high value service to our customers.

Minimum Qualifications:

Proven work experience in a project management or supply chain role

Strong Communication Skills

Open to Travel

Working Conditions:

This position will be primarily remote with travel heavily emphasized. You will be assigned to a division/district and report to the division manager.

Supervisory Responsibilities: No

Essential Job Functions:

You'll work alongside the PCs so travel to the PCs to learn their culture, capabilities, salespeople (inside / outside), and how they interact with MLAs.

Coordinate with Account Managers to communicate forecasted supply and logistics needs within each respective fulfillment center

Coordinate with each local PC purchasing personnel to secure a steady supply of product

Gather data to analyze the forecast/fulfillment ratio at each location and communicate inefficiencies to national account sales management

Travel to new fulfillment centers to coordinate onboarding and assist PC manager in finding solutions for the incoming demand

Coordinate redeployment of product left behind when a national account pulls out of the market

Develop reports to measure areas of success and provide guidance to improve areas of weakness

Perform audits for pricing discrepancies, and help PCs to root cause and correct errors

Become a communications liaison for issues between credit departments, GFS team, and PC operations teams
