Position Overview: As a Mobile Associate, you play a vital role in the Retail Team by embodying the T-Mobile brand in various National Sales partner locations. Your active engagement with customers is essential for creating an energetic atmosphere surrounding our innovative products and services. You'll thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, where technology evolves alongside customer needs. Your expertise will help cultivate relationships with customers through meaningful interactions, allowing you to identify their needs and recommend personalized solutions. Key Responsibilities: Engage proactively with diverse customers in a busy retail setting. Utilize digital tools to communicate effectively, educate customers, and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile solutions. Identify customer needs and employ solution-based selling techniques. Deepen customer relationships through personalized recommendations and support. Complete training on T-Mobile's in-store experience, product offerings, and systems. Stay updated on personal performance metrics, promotions, and service updates to enhance customer readiness. Collaborate with nearby store locations to ensure comprehensive customer onboarding. Assist with store operations, including opening, closing procedures, and asset security. Foster a friendly, engaging atmosphere by building rapport and trust with customers. Proactively reach out to potential customers to boost sales efforts. Build and maintain relationships with leadership and team members. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED is required. Minimum of 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail setting preferred. Required Skills: Customer Satisfaction: A passionate advocate for customers, combining authenticity with a fun, engaging approach. Team Collaboration: Eager to contribute to an innovative retail team, sharing knowledge and best practices. Sales Drive: A competitive spirit, thriving in a fast-paced sales environment. Licenses and Certifications: Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States. Compensation: Starting pay of $20 per hour, with an additional $5 per hour for training. After training, associates can advance to the Mobile Expert role and qualify for an annual incentive target of $18,000 based on performance. All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of base pay and incentives, along with the opportunity for an Annual Stock Grant.
