Active customer engagement is vital for success. As an ambassador of the brand, you’ll create excitement around our innovative products and services in a high-traffic environment. Your passion for technology and customer needs will help you excel. Key Responsibilities: Proactively engage with a diverse customer base in a fast-paced retail setting. Utilize digital tools and effective communication to educate customers about T-Mobile solutions. Identify customer needs and recommend optimal wireless products and services. Complete required training on the T-Mobile experience, products, and processes to ensure top-notch customer service. Foster relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction through excellent service. Collaborate with nearby store locations for a seamless customer onboarding experience. Conduct follow-ups with customers and manage relationships to enhance sales activity. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED (Required). 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment (Required). Skills and Abilities: A passion for customer satisfaction and a friendly demeanor. Ability to balance customer experience with performance goals. Competitive drive and confidence in a dynamic sales environment. All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour, inclusive of base pay and incentives. Our associates typically have the opportunity to promote to the Mobile Expert role after 90 days, unlocking an incentive target of $18,000/year based on performance.
