As a Mobile Associate, you will be an essential part of our Retail Team, responsible for embodying the T-Mobile brand within partner locations. You will actively engage customers in a dynamic retail atmosphere where excitement for our products and services is key. Your role includes: Proactively engaging with a diverse array of customers in a high-traffic retail setting. Utilizing digital tools to effectively communicate, educate customers, and demonstrate T-Mobile solutions. Identifying customer needs and using solution-based selling techniques to showcase the value of our products and services. Recommending wireless solutions and guiding customers on self-service tools, including the T-Mobile app. Completing comprehensive training to master the in-store experience, product knowledge, and operational processes. Reviewing personal performance metrics and current promotions to remain customer-ready at all times. Building connections with nearby store teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for customers. Working collaboratively with peers to share best practices and deliver exceptional service. To qualify for this position, you should possess: A high school diploma or GED. At least 6 months of customer service and sales experience, preferably in a retail environment. A passion for customer satisfaction and the ability to create meaningful connections. A competitive spirit and drive to excel in a fast-paced sales setting. This is more than just a job; it’s a path to growth and opportunity. Within your first 90 days, you will receive on-the-job training and hourly training pay. After completing your training, you will promote to the Mobile Expert role, with the potential to earn significantly through annual incentives.
