Job Position: InternalLocation: Louisville, KY 40299Pay Rate: -Shift: Description: InterSolutions is seeking a dynamic, high-performing Sales Executive to grow our multifamily staffing portfolio in the greater Louisville area. If you are rooted in the local Multifamily Property Management Industry with a passion for driving business results and a knack for working with people, we are looking for you!We count on our Sales Executives to be the face of the company for our clients and strive to build and maintain relationships with them to generate new temporary staffing business. As part of the InterSolutions team, you would receive full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, a competitive salary, and incentive opportunities. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager.Sales Executive Responsibilities:Lead the process of generating and following up with qualified leads, promoting and selling our capabilitiesNetworking and committee involvement in local Apartment Association and other similar entitiesSchedule and meet with key contacts at Property Management CompaniesVisit 45 to 55 current, former, associated and targeted apartment communities a weekDocument all visits, meetings, and follow-up appointments in property management softwareAssist with internal and external recruiting strategy and grassroots effortsInterview and evaluate candidates for the local marketplaceCoordinate with Marketing in the design of lead generation campaigns that are targeted at key customer needs and persuasively communicate InterSolutions value propositionDevelop and implement plans to meet target growth objectives for current customers and new accountsPartner with the central office to implement process improvements and reduce costTailor and communicate a menu of InterSolutions offerings to customers in a compelling manner to meet their needs and identify opportunitiesLeverage the operations team's insights and relationships with the customer to identify new opportunities to grow business within current accountsAssist with the management of compliance with the company's safety and loss control program Requirements:Must have local experience as a supplier to the local Multifamily industry or have a local property management backgroundUnderstanding of residential property management industry operations and personnel managementProven track record of meeting growth and sales targetsWe leverage leading-edge technology to efficiently match great people with great companies and lifelong careers in Multifamily.Founded in 1997, InterSolutions is a residential property management staffing agency that places office, leasing, maintenance, and concierge associates in temporary, temp-to-perm, JumpStart payroll, contract, and direct hire positions.
