Position: Sales Manager LimRic Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air is searching for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our HVAC and plumbing sales team and drive continued growth across our Charleston operations. Reporting to the General Manager, this critical leadership role is responsible for managing a high-performance team of Comfort Advisors and inside sales professionals, while instilling disciplined sales processes and delivering superior customer experiences every time. This is an opportunity for a creative and process-oriented leader who truly enjoys developing people, building winning teams, and helping drive future success in a dynamic marketplace.
Key Responsibilities Maximize sales opportunities by ensuring every customer lead is professionally tracked, followed up, and converted. Train, motivate, and hold accountable a team of Comfort Advisors and sales staff, fostering a collaborative, achievement-driven work culture. Execute and continuously improve sales processes, reporting, and pipeline management to achieve and exceed annual targets. Work closely with service and operations teams to ensure seamless experiences that build lasting client relationships and positive referrals.
Success Metrics Achieve steady year-over-year sales growth that helps LimRic reach and surpass key revenue milestones. Build and maintain a strong workplace culture focused on excellence, creativity, and customer satisfaction. Strengthen partnerships between sales, service, and operations to reinforce customer retention and foster long-term business growth.
Qualifications Proven success as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related home service industries. Demonstrated ability to recruit, mentor, and inspire sales teams while upholding process excellence. Strong business insight with a track record of balancing residential and commercial client needs. Creative thinker motivated to expand revenue and market share. Exceptional communication and leadership skills; experience leading multi-team or multi-site sales groups.
