Position: Sales Manager
Wolfgang’s Cooling, Heating & Plumbing is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our HVAC and plumbing sales team and drive continued growth across our Phoenix operations. This pivotal role reports to the General Manager and is responsible for managing a high-performing team of Comfort Advisors and inside sales professionals, ensuring disciplined sales processes and delivering outstanding customer experiences at every touchpoint.
The ideal candidate will bring creativity, process expertise, and a deep passion for coaching teams to excel within a dynamic sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maximize sales opportunities by ensuring every lead is tracked, followed up, and converted.
Train, motivate, and hold accountable a team of Comfort Advisors and inside sales staff, fostering a culture of excellence and consistent achievement.
Execute and improve proven sales processes, including reporting and pipeline management, to exceed ambitious growth benchmarks.
Drive collaboration between sales, service, and operations to ensure seamless customer experiences and ongoing client retention.
Success Metrics
Achieve consistent year-over-year sales growth, helping Wolfgang’s surpass major revenue milestones.
Build and maintain a strong culture focused on performance, creativity, and customer satisfaction.
Strengthen cross-departmental teamwork to reinforce retention, referrals, and long-term growth.
Qualifications
Demonstrated success as a Sales Manager or in a leadership role within HVAC, plumbing, or related home service industries.
Proven ability to recruit, mentor, and inspire sales teams while rigorously enforcing processes.
Strong business acumen with experience managing residential and commercial client needs.
Innovative thinker with the drive to increase revenue and expand market share.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, and comfort managing a multi-site sales team.
