As a Music Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in helping our store meet its sales and profit goals while embracing your love for music. Key Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed individual sales goals to contribute to the company's success. Promote and engage customers in our Music & Arts lesson program. Build partnerships through networking with local teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations. Cultivate strong relationships with customers and deliver compelling sales presentations based on proven sales techniques. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience. Encourage and promote customer loyalty. Participate in various store operations, including merchandising, displays, and overall maintenance. Help maintain store security, including keys and alarm systems.
