Key Responsibilities: Consistently exceed personal sales targets and contribute to store performance. Promote our Music & Arts lesson program to attract new students. Build valuable relationships by networking with teachers, churches, and community organizations. Deliver engaging sales presentations based on extensive sales training to connect with customers. Ensure every customer receives outstanding service, fostering loyalty and trust. Participate actively in store operations, including merchandising and maintaining displays.
