We are currently seeking a National Account Sales Executive to expand our business in our rapidly growing Electronic Security group. This role focuses on lead generation and relationship building. You will work from your home office, setting appointments with national and large regional accounts to showcase our commercial electronic security products and services. Key Responsibilities: Drive new account acquisition and market share growth while building strong, lasting relationships with clients. Manage all aspects of assigned accounts and new opportunities, ensuring accurate sales activity and customer information using a CRM application. Review account activities and performance to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement. Resolve operational issues with internal teams as they arise. Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to expand opportunities within the existing customer base. Collaborate with team leadership to uncover prospects' needs and identify areas of higher risks and challenges. Deliver impactful sales presentations to prospective clients. Coordinate site surveys with Field Sales Engineers for local National Enterprise Account clients. Collaborate with local representatives to gather essential information and foster relationships with key customer contacts. Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer needs, addressing any issues such as invoices and service requirements. Lead and complete RFI and RFP requests using cross-functional resources as needed. Execute other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience in National Enterprise and Integrated Security Solutions. Prior experience in sales and delivering consultative service solutions. A minimum of 3 years of achieving or surpassing high sales quotas in similar accounts or markets. Proven networking and lead-generation skills to develop new relationships and increase sales. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrated ability to create and implement effective service and account outsourcing strategies. Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory. Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required. Benefits: Competitive salary plus incentive plan.
