What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the national sales liaison for Smart Power Solutions and manage relationships with strategic accounts
- Develop and implement business strategies to meet the needs of both the company and customers
- Achieve sales quotas and provide forecasts to support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new product opportunities and drive business growth
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations in sales processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent outside sales experience
- Minimum of 7+ years in outside sales within the data center space and 2+ years managing key accounts
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel 50% of the time nationally
- Knowledge of electrical power products and sales models within data centers
- Strong skills in managing multiple projects and delivering effective presentations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with PDUs or transfer switches
- Knowledge in program/project management
- Proven ability to develop and recommend high-value solutions
- Experience in resolving quality and delivery issues in a timely manner
