Join us as the National Sales Director to lead and energize a dynamic sales team, fueling new business and driving revenue growth. This influential leadership position is essential for our expansion, particularly within the U.S. market. As the successful candidate, you will spearhead the national sales organization, working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to craft and implement an impactful go-to-market strategy, while cultivating a high-performance culture within your sales team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Identifying and pursuing new client opportunities.
Owning the full sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives across the organization.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic seller and team builder, with a proven history of exceeding sales targets and a deep understanding of data-centric marketing. Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools is essential. We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 15 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or revenue leadership, particularly within AdTech, MarTech, or digital media.
A preference for backgrounds in sectors like CPG, retail, automotive, or financial services will enhance your candidacy. The role requires excellent communication and presentation skills, expertise in influencing stakeholders at all levels, and a strategic, data-driven mindset. Additionally, you will possess the emotional intelligence and collaborative spirit necessary to mentor and elevate high-performing teams.
