PrideStaff is seeking an experienced  National Sales Manager for a commercial flooring provider located in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will posses exceptional interpersonal skills, a proven sales mindset, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Location: Charlotte, NC 28273 Schedule: Full-Time | Extensive Travel (7–9 days/month) Salary: $100,000-$120,500/yr.

Position Summary The National Sales Manager will lead sales and quality control efforts for the company’s national accounts program and distribution network. This role involves developing new business partnerships, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and ensuring high-quality standards across all installations. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with distributors, dealers, and the A&D (architectural & design) community to promote and generate new sales and specifications for flooring products. Research and build relationships with key personnel in existing and potential national accounts. Identify installation training needs and coordinate with the Training Team. Conduct quality control checks of installations, identify performance gaps, and report findings to the Training Team. Assist with proposals, product knowledge, and installation/field support alongside the sales team. Develop markets for wall systems and drain products. Expand relationships with field personnel across all national accounts and distributors. Work toward securing two distributors in Canada (East and West). Partner with target accounts (e.g., large retail/restaurant chains) to gain entry into the national accounts program. Drive continued sales growth and oversee one Sales Coordinator, with potential for team expansion.
