Job Overview The Neuroscience District Sales Manager will lead sales efforts in the NY-NJ district, focusing on psychiatry and neuroscience products. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree; advanced degree preferred. 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 4 years in sales management. Specialty experience in CNS, psychiatry, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or depression is preferred. Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales teams. Strong sales and leadership track record. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to meet industry credentialing requirements. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills. Reside near a major airport within the district. Willingness to travel up to 75%. Responsibilities Lead and develop the sales team to achieve district sales goals. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
