Responsibilities:

1-3 years working in hospitality, retail, or similar industry Excellent written and oral communication skills Tablet/PC/Smartphone proficiency Meeting new customers and working to build a long term relationship Must be able to multitask between answering phones, working with employees and assisting customers Must have the flexibility of schedule to work nights, holidays, and weekends Additional job responsibilities as seen necessary by the supervisor

What We Need From Your (Requirements)

Answer incoming sales calls and handle questions with proven trained responses, including outgoing phone calls Greet customers, vendors, and employees as they enter the building Organize and handle all aspects of vehicle presentation & deliveries Check insurance, identification and update systems Follow instructions and processes using proper paperwork/digital assets Assist customers in vehicle selection, test drives, trade assessments & more
