The North America Sales Team Lead is responsible for building relationships with new clients and managing relationships with existing ones while serving as a point of contact for both clients and internal company teams, often interacting with both daily. As an expert communicator, they are proficient at planning and coordinating account activity, generating sales opportunities, and reporting the status of accounts regularly. A successful candidate will build strong client relationships, identify gaps and growth potential, and explore untapped opportunities.

What you’ll do:
Lead and mentor the North American sales team to consistently exceed targets
Design and execute a focused sales strategy for assigned sectors, targeting high-potential prospects
Own and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs and quotas
Develop and implement actionable sales plans that align with overall growth strategy
Lead the full deal cycle—prepare and present sales contracts, negotiate terms, and close opportunities.
Collaborate with Marketing to communicate product value, generate leads, and uncover growth opportunities through data-driven insights.
Generate and qualify sales leads and opportunities, ensuring a strong and healthy pipeline
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of prospects, clients, and vendors
Proactively engage with current and potential clients—through follow-ups, cold outreach, and networking—to ensure satisfaction and uncover new opportunities
Understand key business drivers in the Boundary Scan Test market and align solutions to optimize customer operations
What you Bring: Required
7 years of direct sales experience, preferably in high-tech markets
Bachelor’s degree in electronics or a related field from an accredited institution
Knowledge of electronics manufacturing test technologies, including In-Circuit Test (ICT) and Boundary Scan
Solid understanding of IC and PCB design and manufacturing processes
Proven track record in developing sales strategies, acquiring new accounts, and closing major deals
Data-driven mindset with the ability to collect, analyze, and leverage insights for continuous optimization
Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills, with a collaborative, team-first approach
Customer relationship management experience (e.g., support, services, sales)
