OEM / Medical Sales Manager

Teguar Corporation is looking for a strategic, technically savvy Medical OEM and Sales Manager to enhance our Sales team. This pivotal role will focus on expanding our presence in the OEM market by fostering long-term partnerships that integrate our computing solutions into our customers' innovative products.
You will collaborate with:
Internal teams (Sales Support, Product Managers, Engineers, Supply Chain) to coordinate resources in the Custom Product Group (CPG) for successful OEM project development and launch.
Domestic and international OEM customers across industries including Industrial Automation, Medical Devices, Robotics, and specialized Equipment Manufacturing.
Vendors of industrial and medical computers, and rugged handheld tablets to ensure solutions meet OEM requirements with cutting-edge technology.
Clients you will impact:
You will own the strategic relationship with key OEM customers, positioning Teguar as a vital technology partner, not just as a supplier. Your role involves securing new OEM design-wins and expanding existing partnerships, focusing on mutual growth and innovation in the medical and industrial sectors.
Your main responsibility...
As an OEM Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth by identifying and converting high-potential OEM leads into successful development projects. You will manage complex sales cycles, from initial concept to mass production, while coordinating cross-functional resources.
Your core accountabilities...
OEM Strategic Relationship Management
Serve as the primary contact and trusted advisor for assigned OEM customers, managing the overall strategic relationship.
Develop and implement account plans, including quarterly business reviews and joint growth goals, aligning on long-term objectives.
Influence key stakeholders in complex OEM organizations to achieve shared business outcomes.
Deliver exceptional customer service and strategic guidance throughout the OEM product lifecycle.
OEM Project Development & Management
Transform promising OEM leads into development projects by understanding technical and performance requirements.
Coordinate resources across teams to ensure successful execution and timely delivery of custom OEM projects.
Manage the design-in cycle from concept to mass production, ensuring seamless integration of Teguar's hardware.
Clearly communicate product features, specifications, and pricing to OEM partners.
Sales & Pipeline Management
Accurately track pipeline and forecasts using CRM tools, providing regular reports on progress and challenges.
Negotiate pricing structures and long-term agreements with OEM customers to optimize revenue.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within accounts to align with evolving customer needs.
Market & Product Expertise
Collaborate with product and marketing teams on go-to-market initiatives for the OEM market.
Represent Teguar at industry events, networking and identifying new opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies, enhancing product knowledge and communicating updates to clients.
What you need to be successful in this role...
Strong communicator with technical and non-technical audiences
Proven OEM relationship and account management experience
Skilled in contract negotiation and strategic planning
Detail-oriented with strong project and timeline management
Creative, solution-focused, and self-motivated
Effective in cross-functional collaboration and independent work
Experience with long sales cycles and hardware / OEM design-in processes

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or a related field and 3 years experience, OR 6 years work relevant experience in leiu of a degree, OR and equivalent combination of years and experience. Relevant certifications, or training in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management can be an added advantage.
