Description: We are seeking a Sales Account Specialist , with 3–5 years of sales or account management experience. The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven professional who excels at fostering customer relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who is a critical thinker, proactive in their approach, and ready to take their career to the next level. This position is at our Burlington, WI facility.
This is a non-commissioned sales role that’s part of our OEM sales team where we focus on business in several industries, such as plumbing and toilet trim, energy and natural gas, food and beverage, electronics manufacturing, healthcare, HVAC, and transportation. In this role, you will help maintain and grow our customer base. You will also be responsible for working with engineering to align solutions with customer needs .

Key Responsibilities
Serve as a representative of Lavelle Industries in both virtual and in-person customer meetings, ensuring professionalism and strong relationship management.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive outreach, strategic follow-ups, and personalized engagement.
Engage with customers directly to understand their needs, address questions, and nurture long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with engineering to develop customer-focused solutions that align with business needs and market demands.
Work cross-functionally to brainstorm, develop, and implement initiatives that improve sales processes and business outcomes.
Research, build, and manage a potential new customer sales pipeline
Assist in executing sales growth initiatives by identifying potential new OEM customers and product opportunities
Support the OEM sales team by developing presentations and sales materials
Requirements
· Candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience in technical sales or sales related role preferred.
· Candidates must be in commutable distance from our Burlington, WI facility as this role is required to be on site.
· This role requires up to 20% travel. Travel expenses paid by the company.
