Affordable Tree Services of Ohio, a trusted and established tree care company, is seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Manager and Sales Professional to join our growing team.

Position: Operations Manager & Sales Representative

Location: Elyria, OH (with travel throughout the Greater Cleveland area)

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations, crew scheduling, and workflow to ensure efficiency and safety Manage and support field teams to maintain quality and productivity Meet with customers for consultations and provide accurate, competitive estimates Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business Track job progress, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction Work closely with ownership to set and meet sales goals Assist with marketing initiatives and community outreach to grow brand awareness

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in the tree care, landscaping, or related industry (Required) Strong knowledge of tree removal, pruning, and stump grinding best practices Ability to read and interpret work orders and safety guidelines Exceptional communication and customer service skills Proven sales experience with the ability to close deals and upsell services Strong leadership and organizational skills Valid driver's license (CDL a plus)
