Manage customer transactions efficiently at the point of sale. Strive for excellence by providing first-class patient experiences from the initial interaction. Guide customers in choosing frames and lenses that align with their vision needs and budget. Support fellow team members in addressing complex customer requests and prescription inquiries. Perform precise measurements and adjustments on eyewear to ensure optimal results. Report any office-related issues to the Office Manager to maintain smooth operations. complete all assigned tasks from the Office Manager diligently. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in retail or related fields. Proficiency in MS Office. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Strong verbal communication skills to manage customer inquiries effectively. Excellent written communication skills for documenting customer interactions. Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills. Capability to apply discretion in handling customer interactions. A sharp ability to listen and interact with customers seamlessly. Preferred Skills: Experience as an Optician with an active Florida License. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
