Position Summary: As an Optician Associate, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding service to our members. Your responsibilities will include assisting with product selection, managing merchandise presentation, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional service by understanding member needs and guiding them in purchasing decisions. Maintain merchandise presentation through stocking, organizing, and ensuring cleanliness in the Optical area. Handle claims and returns while keeping the sales floor compliant with company policies. Receive and store new merchandise efficiently while keeping accurate paperwork and records. Operate cash registers and manage member transactions, including payments, returns, and exchanges. Assist members with the purchase of Optical products and services, including measuring and adjusting frames and lenses. Conduct pre-tests to prepare members for eye health evaluations.
