Ms. Mary Staffing is currently seeking applicants for several Senior Business to Business Sales positions we have open in Oregon. Our clients are looking for candidates with previous cannabis sales or ancillary cannabis business sales experience to be considered. Several of these rolls are looking for sales leaders in the Oregon cannabis industry who are interested in bringing their success to a new company. They will be charged with developing the territory/region and then creating a strong sales team and moving into a people manager or market manager roll. Job Summary: The business-to-business sales position is a sales position that will be actively calling on new prospects and cross selling and upselling existing accounts. The position involves calling recreational, medical and delivery dispensaries to introduce them to the client's products and services. This role is responsible for identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients. The Business to Business Sales candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of relevant cannabis sales experience with 2-4 years of successful sales experience in another industry. An understanding of online directories and internet marketing. The ideal Business-to-Business Sales candidate will be comfortable in a fluid, dynamic startup environment, passionate about the Cannabis industry and will bring an energetic, fun and creative approach to their work. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the entire sales process (Sales research, DEMO’s, Preparation, and Follow Up) within a territory or region Identify and build a pipeline of potential clients/customers, initiate and manage prospects through the sales pipeline and close opportunities Ability to create, maintain and build professional relationships and rapport with clients and business allies Seek out and target new customers: initiate action plan to approach and secure new business Deepen existing business relationships through client satisfaction and attention to client success Generate revenue according to set goals Achieve revenue targets according to company goals Monitor competition by gathering market intelligence on pricing and products Ability to develop and maintain deep relations with current clients as well as new prospects Create high-quality materials to support the sales process and present activity and sales recaps to senior management Travel within sales territory with ease Qualifications and Education: Minimum 1 year of sales in the cannabis Industry Minimum 2 - 4 years proven track record in business-to-business sales Previous team development and management experience a plus Strong knowledge of cannabis and cannabis related merchandise Technically proficient with CRM Systems (Salesforce. Cannabis related applications a plus.)
