Your role as aN Outbound Sales Advocate As a Full-Time Outbound Sales Advocate at SkyOne Federal Credit Union, you will be accountable for cultivating and enhancing member relationships through high-quality consultative service. Your role will involve identifying member needs and aligning them with our value-added products and services. Responsibilities include processing transactions, updating accounts, opening new accounts, and managing loan applications, all while addressing member inquiries effectively. You will ensure adherence to policies and procedures while consistently meeting both individual and team performance and sales targets. Additional support for business development efforts will be part of your duties, involving outbound sales and service calls, along with providing frontline coverage at our branches and call center. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 3 years' experience in a financial services call center. Must be able to work onsite from our Lewisville, TX location 5 days a week, and attend Credit Union sponsored community events based on business needs. Strong cross-selling and telemarketing skills. Excellent member service and telephone communication skills. Strong knowledge and understanding of financial products and services. Windows, Word, Excel, and Internet proficiency.
