Outside Sales Account Manager - Fluid Process Component and Solution Sales

We provide customers with products and solutions within Fluid Power, Fluid Process, Fluid Conveyance, General Industrial Components, and Industrial Service & Repair. In this position, you will develop new business in the Fluid Process industry by assisting customers to find solutions to their needs within a specified territory. You will be supported by our highly knowledgeable customer service team and supportive managers who will assist you in meeting and exceeding your sales goals. We seek an individual with a competitive mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.This position will manage a sales territory spanning the state of Michigan. The ideal home base location is the Detroit Metro area, but can also be home based in other larger metro areas such as Ann Arbor, Lansing, Kalamazoo or similar. Experience, Education and Skills
2 year technical, industrial and/or business degree OR any suitable combination of education, training and experience
2+ years increasing sales experience, with at least 1-year of industrial sales, preferably in fluid process, fluid handling or fluid filtration systems.
Previous experience selling industrial pumps, seals and repair services beneficial
Ability to establish and maintain business relationships.
Must have clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency is required
Must have a valid driver's license
Overnight travel may be required
