Connoisseur Media - Dayton, OH, is looking for a motivated and passionate Outside Sales Executive to join our growing Integrated Sales team!
If you love building relationships and helping clients grow their business through smart, multi-platform marketing strategies, this is the role for you. We're looking for someone with strong sales experience, existing client connections, and a knack for creating results-driven campaigns. You should be comfortable selling across multiple channels-radio, digital, OTT/CTV, streaming audio, display, SEO/SEM, mobile, social, and more.

What You'll Do: Drive revenue by generating new business and growing existing accounts. Develop customized, multi-channel marketing solutions that align with client goals-whether it's brand awareness, engagement, or conversion. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are launched smoothly and deliver results. Monitor campaign performance and interpret key metrics like web traffic, CPA, engagement, and ROI to optimize and report back to clients. Manage the full sales process, from proposal to execution to performance review. Hit monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. What We're Looking For: 3+ years of successful media or marketing sales experience. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Strong understanding of radio and digital advertising, including OTT/CTV, display, SEO/SEM, streaming audio, and social media. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle. Preference may be given to candidates who have the above experience plus the following: Prior broadcast industry experience. General knowledge of sales concepts and sales software. Benefits:
