Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is in growth mode and currently seeking a full-time Outside Sales Manager to join our team
Buffalo Biodiesel is seeking a full time Outside Sales Manager This individual is responsible for managing our outside sales team and the expansion of our representatives across 15 states The Outside Sales Manager needs to be an expert in cold calling and door to door sales.
Responsibilities:
Making sales calls.
Contract enforcement.
Analyze current economic trends to identify business opportunities that generate revenue resources and increase profits.
Recruiting and training of new outside sales representatives
Scheduling training and ride-alongs with new and existing reps.
Ensuring new contracts are verified and correct.
Develop SOP and manuals for sales structure/ marketing goals.
Extensive travel required.
Requirements:
MBA or equivalent Required.
Minimum 10+ years of sales/ marketing experience Required
Minimum 10+ years of cold calling experience
Minimum 10+ years of managerial experience
Drug free lifestyle
A clean motor vehicle report
The ability to travel to Canada
Salary: $120,000 + performance bonuses
Hours:
M-F 8:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday 10:00am - 2:30pm
