Outside Sales Rep / Account Manager

Duties and Responsibilities * Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market to generate new sales and revenue for the company * Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, acting as their trusted advisor and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively to maintain high levels of client satisfaction. * Regularly meet customers to identify opportunities and provide innovative solutions to meet clients' objectives. * Collaborate with the Sorma USA Team to develop tailored strategies for key accounts, maximizing opportunities for business growth and market penetration. * Ensure the timely renewal of contracts and negotiate favorable terms for both the company and the client. * Develop clear and accurate written proposal/quotations for current and prospective customers. * Provide appropriate feedback to management on key account performance, revenue projections, industry and competitor reconnaissance. * Research and develop ongoing sources for potential new customers. * Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors, to provide valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams. * Attend trade shows and other industry training events. * Maintain accurate expense records and responsibly manage company resources. * Duties may be added or modified as needed by management. Preferred Qualifications and Education 1. Bachelor's degree in related field and/or five years sales and marketing experience within the agricultural packaging and/or machinery field preferred 2. Ability to develop and maintain honest and ethical interpersonal relationships. 3. Must be available for overnight travel periods up to 1 week in duration. 4. Clear driving record for company vehicle usage. 5. Working knowledge of computer programs for administrative use, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
