Outside Sales Representative - Dallas/Ft Worth

JOB OVERVIEW:
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for working with a small team who will acquire and develop customers in targeted areas, within specific customer types while providing excellent customer experience. Must meet or exceed sales goals while selling both Coton Colors Company's brands.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (but are not limited to):
- Meets or exceeds monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets including:
- New business acquisition
- Year over year growth of existing accounts
- Driving overall market share within assigned territory
- Understands and communicates the Coton Colors brand
- Provides customer communication via all channels - In person, phone, email and company systems and websites.
- Conducts targeted travel, occasionally for multiple days at a time, while adhering to a travel budget
- Provides customer communication via all channels - In person, phone, email, fax and company systems and websites
- Adheres to weekly planning. Delivers excellent customer service and development to include:
- Customer onboarding and training
- Order information, placement and inquiries
- Customer communication regarding sales initiatives and promotions
- Product information
- Appointment setting
- Performs customer data management within company platforms
- Generates creative ideas and development of sales campaigns, programs, promotions and special projects.
- Participates in weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual company directed events and meetings:
- Trade shows, Conventions, In-store events
- Team meetings
- One-on-one meetings
REQUIREMENTS:
- College Degree
- 5-7 years of experience in customer service and/or sales field
- B2B Industry related sales experience
- Experience in related industry strongly preferred
