About the Role
We're a fast-growing residential roofing repair company looking for driven Outside Sales Representatives to join our team. You'll meet with homeowners during pre-set, qualified appointments-no cold calling or door knocking-and help them find the right solution for their roofing needs.
This is a performance-based role with strong earning potential, ideal for persuasive, self-motivated professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
Commission-based compensation with a 10% base rate on qualifying projects
Paid training: $750/week for your first 6 weeks
Mileage reimbursement for all travel (excluding normal commute)
Pre-set, qualified leads-no cold outreach
Company-provided iPad for managing appointments and contracts

What You'll Do
Conduct in-home consultations during scheduled appointments
Present tailored roofing repair solutions and close deals
Meet weekly availability and performance targets
What You'll Need
Availability to work at least 5 days/week, including alternating weekends
Ability to drive up to 100 miles/day
Comfortable working in a commission-based role
Strong communication and closing skills
iPad proficiency preferred
Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
Willingness to submit to a background check
