The Outside Sales Representative is a motivated and results-driven professional responsible for driving growth and expanding Advantage Home Care’s presence within the community. This role involves face-to-face engagement, outreach, and relationship-building to connect families with essential home care services. Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
Educate potential clients about the services Advantage Home Care provides
Build and maintain long-term relationships to increase retention and referrals
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within an assigned territory
Record and manage customer data accurately within a CRM system
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals to earn uncapped commission

Qualifications
Self-starter with a strong work ethic
Friendly, outgoing, and able to connect quickly with others
Motivated and results-oriented with a drive for success
Innovative and open to new ideas
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Outside sales experience preferred but not required
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Schedule
Monday through Friday, typical business hours
