Outside Sales Representative

Location: AFI (Alt Fuel Innovations), Kansas City, MO

Pay:Base Salary with Monthly Commission. Compensation based on experience.

Position Overview:

As the Outside Sales Representative you will be responsible for meeting with new and existing customers to discuss their fleet equipment needs. This role focuses on building relationships, finding new clients, and reaching sales goals through exceptional communication.

Responsibilities:

• Visit clients and prospects to promote and sell
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads
• Present product information and demonstrations to potentials customers
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to close sales
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and goals
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up after sales
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Collaborate with the sales team and report on market trends

Qualifications:

• Experience in Vehicle modifications and upfitting sales a plus!
• Proven experience in outside or field sales preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Self-motivated with strong management skills
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of the industry is a plus
