This is a high-level role for experienced closers who are ready to take ownership of their territory and deliver exceptional results.
Position Summary
As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of AllPhase in the community — meeting homeowners, inspecting properties for storm damage, and offering our restoration solutions. You’ll work directly with customers, helping them understand their options, guiding them through the insurance claim process, and ensuring their home gets restored with the highest quality.
This is a high-energy, field-based role ideal for someone who loves face-to-face interaction, thrives on closing deals, and isn’t afraid to knock on doors to build their pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods and generate leads through door-to-door outreach.
Conduct roof and exterior inspections (we’ll train you).
Educate homeowners on restoration options and the insurance claim process.
Provide accurate estimates and present solutions with confidence.
Manage your sales pipeline from lead generation through project completion.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Maintain accurate records in the company CRM.
Required Qualifications
Sales experience preferred, especially in door-to-door, B2C, or outside sales (but not required).
Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly.
Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-driven personality.
Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods.
Tech-savvy enough to work with mobile apps and CRM systems.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
