The company specializes in the design, manufacturing, and service of plates and gaskets for all makes and models of plate heat exchangers (PHE). These PHEs offer our clients high reliability of heat transfer, low capital investment and installation costs, reducing maintenance, operating costs, wear, and corrosion.
Job Summary:
As an Outside Sales Representative I, you will play a crucial role in generating revenue by acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. You will receive training and mentorship to understand our products/services and sales techniques. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer service, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Prospect and cold call potential customers to generate leads and opportunities.
· Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products/services to prospective clients.
· Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and contracts under the guidance of senior sales team members.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in CRM software.
· Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and support the overall sales strategy.
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent years of relevant work experience)
· Strong desire to build a career in sales with a willingness to learn and adapt.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (training will be provided).
· Eagerness to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to travel within the assigned territory, if necessary, to meet clients and attend meetings.
Work Environment:
· Office-based environment with occasional travel for client meetings or industry events.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine your total compensation package. We rely on market indicators to determine compensation and consider your specific job, background, skills, and experience to get it right. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary and will also be dependent on your location. Additionally, we consider everyone's contributions to the company during our annual reviews of pay and job descriptions, ensuring that your diverse skills and efforts are recognized and valued.
Work Status:
Full Time – Work hours are Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM local time. Flexibility to work additional hours including weekends or holidays when needed.
