Position Summary
The Outside Sales Representative will take ownership of a defined territory, focused on developing new business, expanding client relationships, and driving revenue through B2B sales. This is a field-based role for someone who thrives on independence, embraces the challenge of new opportunities, and has a proven record of exceeding sales goals.
What You’ll Do as an Outside Sales Rep
Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and trade shows
Conduct on-site, in-person meetings with prospects to understand their needs
Develop and deliver tailored proposals and solutions to decision-makers
Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products/services to confidently present value to clients
Build and sustain long-term client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor
What We’re Looking For in an Outside Sales Rep
Minimum of 3 years outside sales with a proven track record of success
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Hunter mentality with the discipline to work independently and manage your pipeline
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
