Our client, NV Waterproofing, is looking to add an Outside Sales Representative to grow their award-winning team. NV Waterproofing has been a leader in the foundation, seismic, and concrete repair industry in Northern Virginia, Washington D.C. and suburban Maryland for nearly 40 years. At NV Waterproofing, their mission is to redefine their industry by providing customers with an experience that is not only superior, but also one that creates expectations for how they should be treated by all. 

As a Outside Sales Representative, you'll be at the forefront of NV's mission to revolutionize and drive unparalleled growth. In this role, you will consult with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments. Your goal? To diagnose the issues they are experiencing with their home and provide the best solution for them.

  • A competitive compensation package with uncapped earning potential, including a base salary during training and a lucrative 100% commission structure where you can make $80,000-$120,000 (in your first year).

What You'll Do: 
  • Drive to customers’ homes to meet for pre-scheduled appointments (No cold-calling or door knocking required).
  • Build rapport with the customer and determine their desired outcomes.
  • Close sales while also ensuring that your customers are provided with top-notch service. 
What We're Looking For: 
  • A natural communicator with solid interpersonal skills. 
  • A go-getter that's comfortable and confident with a 100% commission-based salary once training is completed. 
  • Previous experience in sales, real estate or construction is preferred but not required - we welcome motivated individuals from all backgrounds!
