Key Responsibilities-
Drive revenue by generating self-sourced leads, including door-to-door canvassing.-
Conduct professional roof inspections using video technology.-
Educate homeowners and commercial clients on roofing solutions and close sales.-
Meet or exceed assigned sales goals with enthusiasm and accountability.-
Build rapport and maintain relationships with customers through follow-up and superior service.-
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project delivery.
Qualifications-
Proven track record of sales success (quotas, commissions, or door-to-door experience preferred).-
Passionate, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with a hunter mentality.-
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and closing skills.-
M
ust be comfortable with door-to-door sales.-
Ability to climb on roofs for inspections.-
Tech-savvy: Comfortable with CRM software, laptops, and mobile technology.-
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.-
Must be able to pass a background check.
Preferred but Not Required:-
Previous experience in roofing or home improvement industries.
