Location: Territory-Based | Olathe, KS; St. Joseph, MO; Topeka, KS Compensation: $88,000 – $150,000+ Schedule: Monday to Friday , with occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

What You'll Do

Prospect, engage, and convert new business opportunities.

Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads.

Maintain high daily activity through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

Present value-driven solutions tailored to customer needs.

Collaborate with leadership to improve sales processes and results.

Apply feedback quickly and consistently exceed targets.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (required).

Must be able to regularly travel within assigned territory.

2+ years of sales experience (required).

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Willingness to undergo a background check, in compliance with applicable laws.

Must be able to meet physical requirements of the role (occasional lifting up to 25 lbs, standing, driving).
