*Job Summary*
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads and selling products or services to new and existing customers. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
*Duties*
Conducting B2B sales to acquire new clients and grow the customer base
Utilizing software tools to track sales activities, manage customer accounts, and analyze data
Implementing lead generation strategies to identify potential customers
Upselling additional products or services to existing clients
Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Collaborating with inside sales teams to coordinate efforts and maximize sales opportunities
*Qualifications*
Proven experience in outside sales, account management, or a related field
Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively
Familiarity with retail sales processes and techniques
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
