This is a provided-leads sales role—no cold calling required—focused on diagnosing problems, delivering compelling in-home presentations and turning qualified leads into satisfied customers. Backed by a trusted brand with over 65 years of success, you’ll have the tools, training, and credibility to thrive. With uncapped commissions, top performers earn six figures plus ++. The Ideal CandidateWe’re looking for a motivated, competitive self-starter with a track record of exceeding sales goals. You’re a confident communicator, a natural problem-solver, and very comfortable using technology throughout the sales process. You have the drive to succeed and the discipline to follow a proven process. You know how to connect with customers by communicating clearly and educating them in a way that builds trust, understanding, and confidence in the solutions you recommend. A valid driver’s license and vehicle are required.
What You’ll DoDiagnose basement, crawl space, and foundation concerns
Conduct persuasive in-home sales presentations with professionalism and empathy
Recommend and sell top-tier, custom solutions to address each customer’s needs
Follow up with potential customers to move opportunities forward
Manage leads effectively through our CRM and digital tools
