WHAT YOU’LL DO: Meet with potential customers in their homes to help them design their dream garage, shop, or barn. Turn leads (provided by our marketing team) into satisfied customers. Build relationships, listen to needs, and present tailored solutions No cold calling – we provide you with leads! WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU: $60,-,/year total compensation We offer up to 1 year of a base salary (after that, this is a % commission position). This is a commission-based position, with uncapped potential (2% commission is earned while on salary but not paid until you are no longer earning a base salary). WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: Must be an enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for helping people. Must have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly. A reliable vehicle to meet customers in their homes is required. Some B2C sales experience is a plus but not required – your drive and attitude is more important! Ability to work a non 8:00AM to 5:00PM schedule. This job requires working Monday through Saturdays and some evenings. You may be a good fit if you have some construction experience, building materials sales experience, or in-house sales experience.
