Key Responsibilities
Develop new business by identifying prospects, building relationships, and negotiating agreements.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to uncover growth opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and contracts that align with company strategies.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activity, and prospecting efforts.
Represent the company professionally at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Achieve targeted account growth of 10–20 new clients per month within assigned territory.
Support long-term client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and relationship management.

Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 2 years of sales experience (agriculture or industrial sales preferred).
College degree preferred but not required.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
Proficiency in sales planning, territory management, and customer relationship management.
Ability to travel as needed throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
