We are currently looking for a Outside Sales Rep/Pest Control Technician to help drive our service quality, team performance, and company growth to the next level.

Position Summary:
The Outside Sales and Pest Control Technician plays a dual role: providing top-tier pest control service while also spending any open time on his or her route generating new sales. This role requires an individual who is hands-on, sales-minded, organized, and committed to exceeding expectations both in the field and with their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service Pest Control Customers with a high standard of quality and thoroughness.
• Sell High Quality Residential and Commercial Pest Control accounts.
• Ensure you meet all company service and sales standards.
• Communicate effectively with the service manager, teammates, lead techs, and headquarters.
• Upsell and recommend additional services that add value to customers.
• Model behaviors that generate five-star customer reviews.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle.
• Help foster a positive, hardworking, and respectful team environment.
• Put in full, productive workdays; help the team get as much done as possible, and put in time selling when you don't have stops to run.
• Take ownership of personal performance and living the company culture and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving history.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to Detail
• Sales-minded with a drive to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Familiarity with pest control service processes and CRM software preferred.
• Willingness to work longer days when necessary.

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly lift 50 pounds or more.
• Bend, twist, climb stairs/ladders, and crawl into tight spaces.
• Walk and work on uneven terrain and in all weather conditions.
