Your Role As a Sales Consultant, your mission is to drive growth by uncovering customer needs and crafting packaging solutions that add real value. You’ll: Build and expand a portfolio of business through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
Act as a trusted partner to customers, helping them navigate packaging challenges with tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal experts and our build team to deliver innovative, customer-focused results.
Guide customers through the process—from concept to final product—ensuring an outstanding experience every step of the way.
Your Background & Experience A genuine passion for helping customers grow through partnership and collaboration
A track record of business development success and a sense of urgency to achieve results
Strong critical thinking skills and self-starter mentality
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
Experience using CRM tools to manage accounts and pipeline
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
