Part Time Retail Sales Associate We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. The ideal candidate will handle customer transactions, laundry intake and pick-up, and ensure a clean, organized, and efficient store environment. Prior experience in laundry or retail is a plus but not required. * Hours are 1:30pm -6:30pm 3 weekdays per week, plus Saturday 8-1pm, for a total of approximately 20 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Receive laundry items and check them in accurately using the POS or ticketing system Tag, sort, and prepare laundry orders for cleaning Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments accurately Provide information on services, pricing, and turnaround times Inspect items for stains, damage, or special care needs and communicate this to the cleaning staff Package and organize clean items for customer pick-up Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including front counter and customer waiting area Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous retail or customer service experience a plus Basic math and computer skills (for cash register/POS use) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work on your feet for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
