What You'll Do: Engage with Interior Designers, Home Owners, and Trade Professionals in our vibrant Showroom. Offer tailored recommendations to fulfill specific space, style, and budget needs. Foster lasting relationships through outstanding customer experiences. Become knowledgeable about product installation and usage to effectively educate customers. Monitor and achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall team success. Track customer orders and provide timely product updates. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Complete additional tasks as needed to support the team. This role offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $16 to $19, based on experience, with unlimited commission potential for 20-30 hours of work each week. Qualifications We're Looking For: Strong work ethic and a passion for exceeding goals. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers. Willingness to learn and grow, both independently and from feedback. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Detail-oriented and well-organized; a flair for design with a grasp of various styles, colors, and textures. Basic math and computer proficiency.
