Your primary responsibilities will include: Collaborating with Interior Designers, Home Owners, and Trade Professionals to create dreamy spaces. Offering tailored recommendations that align with customers' style, space, and budget requirements. Building strong and lasting relationships by consistently exceeding customer expectations. Educating customers on the installation and usage of our diverse product range. Tracking and striving to meet individual sales goals while also contributing to team objectives. Keeping customers informed by diligently tracking store orders and product updates. Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Performing other related tasks as assigned. This role offers an hourly wage starting at $19, with the potential to earn unlimited commissions by working 20-30 hours weekly. Qualifications: A strong work ethic with a commitment to surpassing goals. Exceptional interpersonal skills and an enthusiasm for connecting with people.
