Join our dynamic team as a Part Time Sales Associate, where you'll have the opportunity to work closely with Interior Designers, Home Owners, and Trade Professionals in our showroom. Your role is pivotal in providing tailored recommendations that meet our clients' space, style, and budget needs. Build and nurture lasting relationships by consistently exceeding customer expectations. Educate customers on installation and usage of our products, ensuring they feel confident in their selections. Stay on top of your personal sales goals while contributing to the overall success of the team. Track store orders and keep customers updated on their product statuses. Present yourself in a professional manner, embodying the values of our brand at all times. Complete other duties as assigned to support the team. This part-time role offers an hourly wage starting at $18, with the exciting potential to earn uncapped commissions while working 20-30 hours each week. Rest assured, you'll receive the higher of your commissions or hourly wage. Qualifications: Strong work ethic with a passion for exceeding expectations. Exceptional interpersonal skills; you thrive on connecting with people. Open to learning and growing both independently and through feedback. Ability to perform under pressure while managing multiple tasks effectively. Detail-oriented and highly organized to manage various responsibilities. A good sense of design, appreciating different styles, colors, and textures. Basic mathematical and computer skills necessary for the role. Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
